0.2.0 → 0.2.1: patch release so the npm package ships with its new README (npmjs renders per-version; no republish-without-release exists). Snapshot regenerated in the same commit this time — no gate surprises.

After merge: tag v0.2.1 on the merge commit, feed the runner, and the pipeline delivers release + cache + npm.
